End User Licence Terms
1. Licence
Eiliko Oy grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to install and use Key Spammer on devices you own or control, for personal or business purposes. Eiliko Oy retains ownership of the software, so this is a licence to use it rather than a sale.
2. What you may not do
You may not sell, rent or sublicense the software, present it as your own, or remove any notices from it. You may not use it to gain unauthorised access to any system, or in breach of any law. Nothing here restricts rights you have under mandatory law, including the right to decompile for interoperability where applicable law permits it.
3. Your responsibility for how you use it
Automated input breaks the rules of many online games and services. It is your responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to use Key Spammer with any particular application or service, and to accept the consequences if you are not, including suspension or permanent loss of an account. Eiliko Oy accepts no liability for that.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Eiliko Oy does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with any particular application.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eiliko Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of or damage to any account, arising from the use of or inability to use the software. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
6. Privacy
Key Spammer collects no personal data and has no networking capability. See the privacy policy.
7. Term
These terms apply for as long as you use the software. You may stop at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings in the courts there.
9. Language
These terms are published in English and in Finnish. For customers resident in Finland the Finnish version prevails if the two ever differ. In every other case the English version prevails. A consumer keeps the protection of their own country's mandatory law whichever version they read.
